installed the chat but when i click on the link i created on my site, it gets me redirected always to the same adress www.example.com
clearing the browser cookies solves temporarily the problem. after a couple of successfull chat windows, i get again redirecting to the above site, after i go back in the browser.

cookie settings in my site are correct.
