Create Boundary for Ng'Ambo area #11

There is a point for Ng'Ambo in OSM, but there is no outline.

Can we create a relation that outlines Ng'Ambo, that holds all the wards that are inside Ng'Ambo?

That will be very valuable for the maps we want to make.
