[Device Support] Razer Firefly V2

Is possible to add FireFly V2 and Lianli 011 Dynamic Razer Edition support? Wave on Hutsman Elite is very very fast and on Viper Ultimate is very slow, is possible to add a slider for select speed of wave effect?

• Firefly V2: It should be possible as soon as OpenRazer (the Linux drivers that FruityRazer is based off of) adds support for it. When https://github.com/openrazer/openrazer/issues/946 / https://github.com/openrazer/openrazer/pull/1123 are merged I can attempt to add support.
• Lianli 011 Dynamic Razer Edition: Afraid it's out of scope and probably will never happen, unless someone else wants to work on that - I'd be happy to accept that PR!

As for the wave speed, OpenRazer does not support that, so it would need investigation work which I don't have the means to do, sorry.

There is support for this on librazermacos, should be trivial to implement.
