Login screen upon launching the app to ensure information and participant identities are protected as well as their privacy.

[ ] - Need 2 role profiles namely admin and user
[ ] - Select authentication method: Facebook, Gmail, Email, Phone Number
[x] - Login screen design and layout
[ ] - Username/Password: Reset
[ ] - Anonymity meaning users must be able to participate whilst protecting their identity
