Updates keynav.js to preserve browser forward/back functions. #26

Currently, use of keynav.js breaks the browser shortcuts Alt+Left Arrow and Alt+Right Arrow to going to the previous and next page in the browser. This change tracks the state of the Alt key in order to preserve these shortcuts.
