In Costumizer add a section: Footer / Copyright these preconditions:

Content is defined by widgets -> footer
or footer text is enabled

for both things:

footer_background

For Footer following arrays are possible:

footer_textcolor
footer_acolor
footer_hcolor

For Footer text following arrays are possible:

move "disable_scroll_to_top" , "copyright_name" and "copyright_url" Options here
footer_copyright_textcolor
footer_copyright_acolor
footer_copyright_hcolor
