pfix-srsd does not urlencode results #4

pfix-srsd correctly decodes urlencoded inputs put does not urlencode results. When the result contains a %, postfix will complain with "malformed reply".

Sadly, I'm not a fluent C programmer anymore, otherwise I would have tried to fix it myself... Maybe I will do it anyway so the skills don't get too rusty.
