Bugfix: Exit action when booted from Sys menu #247

loading from sys_menu, then selecting "Quit" crashes wii, due to there 
bieng no loader to exit to, with no code dump or even the possability to 
turn off the wiimote. could an option be added to switch the exit action 
between loader and sys_menu (or auto)?

We'll reboot the wii if there's no HBC to go back to.
