Super Smash Bros [J] DSI crash

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a Japanese "Super Smash Bros." ROM image.
2. Begin the game. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the game to run normally, however the emulator crashes and a "DSI 
Exception" error screen appears. 

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?

Emulator:
Wii64 Beta Version 1.1 Honey

Wii:
NTSC-U Wii System Menu 4.2. 

Loader: Homebrew Channel 1.0.6
Please provide any additional information below.

Super Smash Bros is listed as working on the Compatibility List.
Perhaps this is strictly an issue with the Japaneese version?
