How to save Cube64's options? #321

What version of the product are you using? On which system and loader?
Cube64 Beta 1.1 "Honey"

Please provide any additional information below.
I can't seem to save my emulator settings for Cube64. Is this a bug of some 
sort, or did you not add a feature to save your settings yet?
