BTW, 5.13 will be released with SChannel SSL backend for windows, shall we use SChannel instead of OpenSSL for windows version? (If so, there no longer need rebuild Qt for windows 5.13 or later for each OpenSSL release, but the supported SSL version will depends on the windows version, probably no TLS 1.3 support for Windows 7.....)

Two weeks passed, and no progress..... I am working on a script for one-key building... It will run on a jenkins server in the intranet at home

Qt 5.13 is built using SChannel backend in windows targeted builds

6.2 onwards is built using double backend on Windows / macOS, with OpenSSL and native one
