Hi,

Are you able to compile with OPENSSL_NO_DEPRECATED ?

I am getting compile errors when this is activated.

Currently the option dependency is a mess now. The cascade mechanism in original Perl-based configure is not properly implemented here.

I'll confirm it when I have some time to play with it.
