Integration test proves composite continuation works #184

Perhaps this is a useful addition to the integration tests around error handling?

It's absolutely useful, but you need to slap the [TestFixture] attribute on it.

Oh LOL, I removed that when I was trying to figure out why the Resharper runner wasn't picking it up and forgot to put it back. Let me fix that right up.
