Redo remote bottle running #65

Eliminate BottleService, BottleServiceFinder, WrappedBootstrapper, et al.

Use the IApplicationSource, IApplicationSourceFinder, Runtime pattern from FubuMVC & fubu.exe.

Jeremy has more notes on this.
