Support all PDF versions #1

The first iteration of Vesta was only for PDF 1.4 and lower so PdfSharp worked nicely for the job and was convenient to use. It has since been necessary to put in a workaround to open PDFs higher than 1.4 and since this involves a different library might as well just go with that and drop PdfSharp altogether

May be able to rely only on PdfSharp as beta now released which has support for XRef and IRef: http://forum.pdfsharp.net/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3017
