ChromeDriver timeout when it is executed from Jenkins #1126

Hi,

I'm having an issue when I try to execute my tests from my Jenkins server. I 
ran the same from the console and it works successfully, but when I tried to 
add those tests to the Jenkins server it does not work throwing a timeout 
message. Following you can see more information. Let me know if you need more  
information. 

OS: Windows server 2012 R2 Standard
Chrome Version
43.0.2357.124
Chromedriver Version 
2.15.322448
