ChromeDriver does not accept extensions of zip file format any more #776

Chrome Version       : 33.0.1750.152

It used to be possible to pass a zip file to test a Chrome extension. Now we're 
forced to pack the extension in a CRX file (since 
https://codereview.chromium.org/23054005).

The CWS accepts zip files, so the ChromeDriver should also accept zip files.

For the record, this bug has already been fixed with 
https://codereview.chromium.org/248253002/. At the next release (ChromeDriver 
2.11?), this bug will be fixed.
