Stop using customize for saving state which is not configuration. #66

This makes merging extremly difficult.

safe-local-variable-values in my config has 700+ lines, this is not something I need to version. It is a one-time thing to approve values on a new computer.

Here it would be also good to configure some variables as safe, maybe given a prefix so they don't even need to be saved.

It seems in the recent years I did a cleanup as this variable currently only has about 10 values and many of them reference variables / packages I no longer use.

I will track here the variables that need to be configured.
