assert dired-filter-mode after inserting a subtree #192

If dired-filter-mode is used and a subtree is inserted, this makes the inserted subtree respect the active filter(s) fixes #191

Thank you for the PR @Gallipo and sorry for the super late response. I haven't been feeling well last couple months but now I'm trying to get back to my OSS projects. Priority goes to pull requests as I really hate wasting people's work and time. Once again my apologies!
