feat(dired-collapse): apply overlay optionally #213

Create a boolean customization variable dired-collapse-fontify to control whether to apply the fontification overlay to collapsed dired lines.

This allows users to apply other fontification options to collapsed dired lines.

No, thank you! This is an important element in my planned inclusion of your dired-collapse package as a recommended component in my MELPA package diredc. I've had it on my local machine integrated and working nicely now for a few weeks, so in principle it's ready for uploading and sharing.
