Add quarter as a budget interval. #8

Adds quarter (a 3-month period) as an optional budget interval. I think people will find this useful when trying to find a planning middle ground between year and month.

If accepted, I can update the README to mention that this is available.

Hey! Definitely a cool addition. One thing that needs to be done is to add the option to the variable org-clock-budget-intervals, otherwise it won't be recognized.

Done. I also mentioned quarters in the README and fixed a minor typo while I was at it. Would be nice to update the screenshot. I could create a fake org-agenda for demo purposes. Unless you already have one on hand?

I don't know if updating the screenshot is necessary, it doesn't show months now either. If you have an example with everything we can add another one or replace the current one, I don't have a strong preference. If you want to do the work go for it ;)

Hm, on second thought adding all the columns would probably produce a screenshot with too small of features to read without magnification. Leaving things as they are seems best.
