Implement some sort of dynamic org buffer view creation? #1

This could work on top of something like multifile to enable editation and adding/removing of stuff in-line.

Oooh Cool! Can you narrow multiple regions? If you had different chapters in a book you were writing all in different nodes in different locations in the file, for example, can you narrow down to only the text of one or two nodes which can be edited as if they were a single continuous piece of text? With some dividing line to denote where the contents of one node end and another begins.

There is a software program for writing called Scrivener which offers this ability, and it is one of its greatest strengths. It would be awesome to be able to edit a bunch of nodes as if they were contiguous in the org file, even if the nodes actually existed in different parts of the file (or maybe even different files!?)
