ci(repo): improve/fix release action #14

Description

This pull request introduces a basic way for versioning and plugin automatically by using Knope. Now, on each push on master:

prepare-release action is triggered creating a bump pull request
after this bump pull request is merged, a new release action is triggered
in the release action, a new tag in created, project versions are bumped and a new release is made on Github

[!NOTE] To avoid flooding releases, the ideal flow is merging our PR to master, and just merge the bump pull request when we want to release a new version
