Remove dependencies on `@fuel-ts/forc` #82

As part of https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuels-ts/pull/2143. We have internalised @fuel-ts/forc, therefore they won't be available via NPM once we release.

Note: this PR has not yet been merged and this is a pre-emptive measure to ensure we're not a blocker.

What's the status on this @petertonysmith94? #89 looks to have been open for some time, but now has conflicts.

@danielbate still valid (appears they're still on 0.88.1), but haven't been too pushy.

I'll resync the PR and tag some people on the review :)
