improvements on outputs / inputs / receipts in transaction screen

• Outputs should always show amount (its not showing in mobile sometimes)
• Outputs should show type badge (the same as receipts and inputs)
• should show OutputVariable as well

• Input message:

  • remove Message
  • move sender / recipient to place of message
  • include amount(if it has) on the right side

  

• receipt MessageOut is not showing when in root level

• on InputCoin (mobile)

  • "Type" badge goes to upside of the title
  • amount goes to bottom of "From" address
