Doc: Create `Connectors` section #2445

As the SDK implements the Fuel wrapper for handling the user connectors, and also implements the FuelCOnnector abstract class which all connectors should follow, the Doc should include more info about this features.

fuels-wallet - addressed in this PR -> https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuels-wallet/pull/1414
EVM-Wallet-Connector is not maintained anymore and will be archived. Instead we're using only the https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuel-connectors
fuels-ts - addressed in this PR -> https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuels-ts/pull/2757
