Consider integrating @fuel-ts/hasher into @fuel-ts/crypto.

Hey, @petertonysmith94, I'm creating a PR for that. Should the functions from @fuel-ts/hasher remain as an npm package, or should they become part of @fuel-ts/crypto?

This is part of the 1.x milestone, which is not advised to work on right now. We have the good first issue label - which can be a great way of finding an issue to work on.

Let me know if nothing takes your fancy, and we can look for an issue that aligned better with you 😄
