Dependabot changeset script not bumping patch versions

This is a similar issue to https://github.com/FuelLabs/fuels-ts/issues/2594 but we do also now have to make provisions in the script for group dependency updates since we are now bumping dependencies in groups now

This issue is still happening on singular dependency upgrades though such as:
