In this release, we:

• Added signTransaction method to FuelConnectorMethods enum

Summary

This PR adds the signTransaction method to the FuelConnectorMethods enum. This ensures that the Fuel connector manager will correctly initialize any connector implementing this method during the execution of the setupMethods function.
