Changes

The following changes have been made:

NFT and fractional-NFT have been moved to a new folder as they are outdated and awaiting Sway multi-token standard. Warnings have been added in the top level README ,the README in the new directory, and the README in both apps

Notes

Issues for reintroducing the apps have been made

It's a bit difficult to tell when making changes that involve moving files but it seems like some files may have been deleted. If they have then they should be added back if we are archiving.

Moreover, consider that the devops folder has an app file which needs to be updated since these are in a different location.

No files were deleted. I've updated the app file you mentioned
