Changes

The following changes have been made:

Removes Simple Asset in favor of using custom assets in the SDK
Updates the airdrop contract to forc v0.47.0
Updates the Rust SDK to fuel-rs v0.53.0

Notes

This is currently using the transaction policies patch to work with custom assets
