Changes

The following changes have been made:

Updated CI to correct forc v0.56.0 and fuel-core v0.24.2 versions
Updated tests to fuels v0.57.0

Notes

It is unclear what happened in https://github.com/FuelLabs/sway-libs/pull/239 and where these changes went. I redid the updates. Any breaking changes to the sway libraries themselves occurred in https://github.com/FuelLabs/sway-libs/pull/239 so these are just updates to tests.
