Link Rat status display in Your Rescue to a data model #18

The Rat1 (Yourself)/Rat2/Rat3 buttons and names must be linked to a model that contains information on the active case. The extra rat displays can be hidden (hide the grid they are on) when not in use, and brought in when the rat slots are in use. The case model should track which rats are assigned, and populate more grids as needed. Updates on rat status should come through WS API updates. (I.e, when another rat signals FR+/WR+/etc, we should light their button.)
