Rat connectivity tests #25

During startup, some parsing is done of the NetLog file to see what kind of connection the Rat has. At present, it parses out what E:D reports their STUN to be, any TURN channel being established, and whether they have symmetrical NAT.

These fields need to be populated to the appropriate labels in the connection box, and some Science is needed into why E:D seems to establish TURN channels for direct connectable clients.

Implemented. Better detection of static portmap problems would be neat, but I don't see a way to do this short of implementing an UDP server that we can test against. We'll have to trust that people who have made static portmappings actually know what they're doing. (Tall order, I know)
