The overlay UI display should mirror the main UIs FR/WR/SYS/BCN/INST buttons and labels, with the exception of the colors being different. (This will in fact be dynamically set using a pull from the E:D UI XML, to match the colors of the overlay to the users chosen UI scheme)
Make the overlay UI mirror said data, and switch brushes based on name, not just assigning a color (overlayBrushInactive, overlayBrushActive, overlayBrushPending)
The Overlay UI also needs to have the controls grouped in grids for easy hide/unhide when we pop notifications.
