and then deleting all files in %userprofile%\Local Settings\Apps\2.0\ and %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\
I reinstall the program from the setup.exe -> program runs, asks for administrator privs. then carries on loading, restarts then crashes and displays the following in a new Chrome Tab:
