Why was this change necessary?

Just a clean up for the ansible host file

How does it address the problem?

Putting up the common settings in [all] section

Are there any side effects?

not as of now.

Thanks @vikalpj, I think it would make sense to consolidate the variables from vars.yml into this file as well. Which I might do in another PR.
