Allow changing extension language #293

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Although my location is Brazil, the extension translation is in pt-PT (idk why), and I'd like the option to keep the extension in english.

Describe the solution you'd like To have an option to set the language used by the extension.

Describe alternatives you've considered It could also set the language based on browser language (my Chrome is in english but the extension is showing in pt-PT)
