Quick questions:

HoI4 version:1.9.2 Führerreich version:Official Version

Steps to reproduce: ① 1.Look File(diplomacy_l_english.yml) 2.Line1228 DECLARE_WAR_KEY_ACTION_DESC:0 "Declare war against this country" DIPLOMACY_DOCKING_RIGHTS_TITLE:0 "Ask for docking rights" ② 1.Look File(modifiers_l_english.yml) 2.Line938 modifier_repair_speed_infrastructure_factor:0 "Civilian Factory Repair Speed" ③ 1.Look File(FR_Japan_l_english.yml) 2.Line48 jap.12.d:0 "With regiments of the Imperial Guard directed towards putting down the rebellion, The Righteous Army has been destroyed! ... Other info: ①unbroken line ②The key says "infrastructure," but the English says "Civilian Factory". ③rebellion (Is it a period, not a comma, here(the rebellion, The Righteous Army)?

Possible cause: ②Vanilla's miss ③spelling mistake

I don't totally understand what the "Issue" is? Are you seeing unlocalized strings appear in game?
