Describe your feature
Add a language selector to the games options menu that allows players to pick between any of the available languages. When changing the language, it should immediately refresh the text if possible.
We also may want to consider hiding this option if there is only one language.
Why should we implement this?
The game currently already supports localization to multiple languages, but there is currently no way to switch between language while in game. The only way to do it currently is to modify the save file directly, which not straightforward or easy to find. We should make it easier to switch between languages to better support localization and the creation of translation mods.
