This is really helpful for packaging - it means the user can place mods in ~/.local/share/Celeste64/Mods (or C:\Users\bob\AppData\Roaming\Celeste64 on windows) and they don't have to worry about having permissions for the install directory, which on unix is likely to be root-only.
