Save Management System #67

Allows Fuji to support multiple saves. Create, delete, copy, load. Hopefully the ability to rename directly inside of Fuji as well.

Note: This got reopened under https://github.com/FujiAPI/Fuji/pull/69 due to some git branching issues. But there are some changes from this branch I want to move over to that one, so I want to do that first, and then we can close this one out.
