FNEW mounting created disk as read-only. #2

FNEW seems to be mounting the created disk as read-only.

Reproduce:

  1. mount a DOS, with fnc-tools (copy if needed)
  2. boot.
  3. run FNEW to create a disk.
  4. Format disk (this fails)

What should happen

Disk should be mounted READ/WRITE, and should be able to subsequently formatted and written to.
