Make tools wait for keypress on DOS 2.0 #21

Non-command line DOSes like Atari DOS 2.x and MyDOS redraw the screen immediately when a program exits. Make sure there's a "press RETURN" prompt before exiting if a program has displayed useful information, such as an error message.
