Add latest fn_io.lib with fn_io_get_adapter_config_extended support

This change supports the PIO change https://github.com/FujiNetWIFI/fujinet-platformio/pull/670

I haven't used it in config, but it would be easy to use to simplify printing the IP and MAC addresses.
