Add back discord widget #380

So here's the PR which add back the discord widget.

We reverted the previous changes because it broke the Collapse component of material UI.

I found a workaround and put the Crate instance directly in the window, not very good but it works 🙃

Also I removed the stickyness of the footer except on homepage.

Good catch, looks like an invisible iframe but I don't know why it's here. Let me check if we have the same behavior on other branchs.

Now it look like the JS seved by the CDN is invalid. I asked help on their discord.
