[Epic] Add B-rated Lending Providers

We have already implemented in V1 some lending providers that are forks of Compound V2 and we might want to include them in Fuji V2 as ones with a lower rating (B or C).

Some examples that we might want to consider:

We consider them as the other lending providers. The rating itself will be attributed to the vaults.

On Ethereum Mainnet we should consider also adding: Notional Finance Yield Protocol

Afaik these are fixed-term lending platforms. So if we want to add them, we'll need to create a brand new vault type. As of now, this work is out of the scope of V2.
