Update Safety notice

• [x] Rename the title from "Safety Notice" to "Disclaimer"
• [x] Remove "Please be advised that the current version of the contracts is partially audited by Trail of Bits and Securing. Do your own research and use at your own risk!"
• [x] Add several new checkboxes with content. The user has to agree with all of them before proceeding:

1. I have read, irrevocably accept the Terms of use and confirm that I understand the risks described within.
2. I am a person of legal age and not in the Prohibited Person and/or Prohibited Establishment list nor acting on behalf such a Prohibited Person or Establishment.
3. I understand borrowing money is not free. My collateral can be liquidated to cover my liabilities. I understand lending out money brings risk.
4. I understand Fuji Finance is at an early stage of development and may come with additional risks. I have done my own research and I am aware of the risks involved.
