Since this is such a big task, I'm creating a new PR for the frontend work.

[x] Update types to account for 3-chain operations
[x] Add entry after making a tx
[x] Watch
[x] Status logic referenced by transaction modal
[x] Transaction modal UI
[x] Borrowing and managing UI

Even if I marked both adding and watching as done, truth is, watching needs some tweaking and a lot of testing (once we get to that). In the meantime, I added a couple of TODO to remind our selves what needs immediate attention.

I will continue working in the fourth item in the checklist, but most of the UI work is blocked by #497 .
