Rename bridged stablecoins #726

A user complained because we weren't showing his USDC on Arbitrum. He correctly guessed that we actually use bridged USDC.

Both Aave and Compound already show USDC.e and we should follow along -this is becoming a thing in the industry.

Update the sdk to show USDC.e as name for USDC on Arbitrum.
Add it to bridgeable tokens
Update the frontend in case theres any name matching or other side effects of the updates to the sdk.
